LUPA CREW ’24/25

Memberships to join our LUPA Crew Athletes for the ’24/25 Season will be open between 6 May 2024 and 19 May 2024. There are two membership options available for women to join to best team for the season ahead: LUPA COMMUNITY & LUPA CREW. We offer the opportunity for elite/professional level athletes to apply for Athlete Sponsorship by submitting a sponsorship proposal between 6 May 2024 and 19 May 2024 for the following season.

LUPA CREW ATHLETE SPONSORSHIP 2024/25

Applications for Athlete Sponsorship is open to any female of any age in triathlon, cycling, multisport, adventure racing or running that competes within the ELITE/PRO field. Successful athletes will be offered an apparel package for the season, crew membership and other suitable benefits as negotiated. Successful athletes will agree to exclusively race and regularly train in LUPA Crew Apparel. Successful athletes agree to minimum content creation requirements (photography, videos and text) and to share content in LUPA Crew Apparel. Successful athletes agree broadly promote LUPA, our supporting partners when requested; and our values in their sporting passion. Please submit your Athlete sponsorship proposals detailing:

1. Your athlete history and accolades;

2. Full intended 2024/25 season event schedule;

3. Short description of why you want to be a part of LUPA’s athlete community; and

4. Short description of how you can benefit LUPA and our community.

LUPA CREW MEMBERS 2024/25

LUPA Crew Membership will open on 6 May 2024 with an annual fee of $169 for membership. Returning Crew Members will receive a discounted membership fee. All Crew Membership Athletes agree to exclusively race, regularly train and share images in LUPA Apparel from any season for their sporting passion. New members that do not have previous season apparel must purchase appropriate season ’24/25 LUPA apparel. LUPA Crew Members will receive:

Exclusive access to our LUPA Race Crew Facebook Page and Discord Channel full of support, motivation, information and exclusive opportunities with fellow LUPA Race Crew Athletes;
LUPA Crew Pack of goodies;
40% Discount on season ’24/25 Crew Apparel for their sporting pursuits in their size within the team pre-order (there is no minimum apparel requirements unless you are a new Crew member);
40% Discount on any limited edition LUPA Releases during the ’24/25 Season.

LUPA Community Membership will open on 6 May 2024 with an annual fee of $99 for membership. All Community Membership Athletes agree to promote and share LUPA’s vision and values in their sporting passion. LUPA Community Members will receive:

LUPA Community Pack of goodies;
20% Discount on season ’24/25 Crew Apparel for their sporting pursuits in their size within the team pre-order window (there is no obligation to race or wear LUPA, but if you want to feel the team vibes on race day this might help you build your kit collection);
20% Discount on any limited edition LUPA Releases during the ’24/25 Season; and
Opportunity to apply for and access our LUPA Initiative Fund for qualifying members to support your access to qualified pinnacle international events (note you will have to race in LUPA apparel for these events).

Do I have to apply to be a member? Not this year unless you are an elite/professional athlete looking to join our LUPA Sponsored Athletes for this season. Since you are here we know you are seeking the support to have your best season yet and that perfectly aligns with our mission to support women who are determined to reach their best – and that’s application enough for us! There is a space here for every female athlete who wants to realise their potential no matter how big or small their sports goals or where you are in your journey to achieve them.
Do I have to be “racing” to be a part of the community? For some people events/races/challenges are important and for others not so – this is why we offer two membership options to suit the focus of your goals this season. If you have a goal then you have a place in our community of women.
I live outside of NZ; can I be a member? Absolutely – we are keen to grow our community to include any woman who shares our values and wants to be their best no matter where you are in the world.
What does membership cost? Our annual fee for Community Membership is $99 and for Race Crew $169 – and you’ll be able to girl math this one easy because you’ll get way more than your $8-$14 a month back in invaluable support, knowledge, motivation, connections and if you are in Race Crew discounts from our amazing supporters all season long.
What types of things happen in the Closed Community Group page? Our Community page is a hive of activity weekly – we share the experiences and stories of our community of athletes; share interviews with special guests and experts; cover monthly theme topics, upcoming events and activities, and lots of gems to keep you connected and motivated.
What is different about the Race Crew Discord Channel? Our Race Crew Members have access to our 24/7 discord channel which enables fluid and responsive connection and support with every Race Crew member. We have threads and chats on everything imaginable – individual events so you can find your teamies or new events early; arranging meet ups, training, event support, nutrition, well being, motivation, playlists an access to a wealth of knowledgeable support. We even make space here to share our photos/videos and stories on a day to day basis. We also have monthly challenges and prize packs available that coincide with our monthly themes; and any special offers from our supporting partnerships.
What things are in the Crew Goodie Packs for this year? It’s a secret for you to open… but from years past it usually has things that are useful to your journey and connect you as part of the LUPA team.
Will I have to buy and wear LUPA apparel? There is no requirement to wear LUPA apparel this season unless you have a Race Crew Membership and don’t already own LUPA Apparel from any previous season. But we know you’ll likely want to add to (or start) your collection in some way and we offer a discount for our members on all pre-ordered Crew Apparel for the season.
