Exchanges
These things happen from time-to-time and the sizing might be incorrect on items that are not made to order/custom/pre-order. Get in touch with us via email LUPAHQ@lupacycling.com and let us know your order details and what items you need to exchange. You will need to return the goods to LUPA Cycling and pay an additional shipping fee for the new goods to be posted to you after we have received your original goods. The goods must be returned to LUPA Cycling within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment/product is not returned in this condition, then LUPA Cycling will not be able to process the exchange.
Refunds
Where we might not be able to offer an exchange as above and we decide a refund is more suitable in the circumstances, the goods must be returned to LUPA Cycling within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment/product is not returned in this condition, then LUPA Cycling will not be able to process the refund. All refunds will be made less the original postage paid on your order.
Please note that LUPA Cycling will not issue refunds on made to order/custom/pre-orders where you have selected your size. We also take no responsibility for lost or damage items where standard airmail has been selected as the post service for your order.
